The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The doctor however was not as friendly and approachable. I have worked in optometry and ophthalmology for 28 yrs. I refract my own patients. The doctor barely even smiled. Another thing I noticed was that no one ever wiped down any of the machines. Not before nor after using any machine. I really appreciated the same day appointment though, and the selection of frames was good. So I will go back but I might bring an outside prescription.

The staff were friendly. The office seemed to be in some sort of transition. I sensed a reorganization with staff and premises. Still, I didn’t have to wait and they were very helpful with my insurance. I was very pleased with the styles offered. Thanks ImStyle.

The receptionist are always so welcoming and friendly. Great environment to walk into. Always kept neat and clean. The waiting time is so quick! I went in and got called in within a few mins. My overall experience was A1+. I especially liked the fact that all of my Inquiries were answered completely. The office is modern, clean and well equipped with the latest technology for testing and rendering results. Dr. Do and her staff are the utmost professionals.

When I moved from Sulphur, Louisiana to Anaheim, Calif almost 4-hrs ago, one of the many things I had to do was find a new Optometrist. I tried another place of business (and that is just what it was) who hurried me through an examination and when filling my prescription for my contacts and glasses could never get it right. I took back both the contact's and glasses several times and was told that there was nothing they could do. Another words to bad to sad. As the cost of starting over is expensive ie: examination, contact lens, frames for glasses etc., I had to wait until. I could save the money to begin again. When I had the funds I started looking for a new provider and that's when I found Instyle Optometry. The staff from the get go was professional, friendly and accomodating. No question was considered foolish and they took an interest in you as a person (what a concept). After that visit I knew I had found the place I belonged. Needing new scripts I called on Tuesday of last week and they told me they had several appointments open including Saturday, which was convenient for me. When I walked in the staff was professional and friendly and after the paperwork was filled out I was ready for my exam. By the way my appointment was at 10:00 a.m., and the preliminary testing was complete prior to that and I was ready for Dr. Teresa Do., to see me on time. She explained the changes in my eyes from the last time I was seen and recommended contact lens and glasses. She explained to me that although there was a change in my glasses it wasn't necessary to purchase another at this time if cost was a factor. Needless to say, I highly recommend your next appointment for any eye related necessities be handled at Instyle Optometry. There inventory is up-to-date with the latest frames available.
